Mel is fiercely dedicated to creating positive and collaborative working environments with well-considered creative and technical teams. Committed to excellent communication and generating the momentum to make the production machinery sing is fundamental to how Mel works as a producer and how her team at Ground Control operate to provide full production services with exceptional results on and off the screen.
