Screen NZ Survey Results

The Crew and Supplier Survey undertaken by Screen NZ in July 2025 includes responses from nearly 900 total participants - please see a summary analysis of the results below.

The survey results show a clear decline in international production pipeline in 2025 and have been provided to MBIE and Minister Willis as evidence to support our recommendations to change the NZSPR settings.

We expect to run surveys at least twice a year, and as required, to support the NZ international screen sector and we will keep our supporters (*future members) informed on our ‘Resources’ page.
